Standard Orders: Standard items may be returned. However, due to the fragile nature of natural stone, we kindly ask you to be returned in their original, protective packaging and in the exact condition they were received to be eligible for a refund.

Our sinks are crafted from natural stone. While naturally durable, this material requires proper maintenance to maintain its finish. Clean regularly with a soft cloth and a mild pH-neutral cleanser, strictly avoiding bleach, vinegar, or any acidic cleaners that can damage the surface.

For long-term protection, surfaces should be sealed upon installation and resealed periodically depending on usage.
