Each piece is handcrafted to order and typically requires 4–5 weeks for production. Including international freight and final delivery, most orders arrive within 10–14 weeks.

For time-sensitive projects, we also offer air freight delivery for select bathroom products upon request. Depending on the scope of the order, this option can significantly reduce overall transit times and bring delivery closer to the timeframe of 4–5 weeks.

Yes. We encourage clients to experience our materials firsthand before placing an order. Stone samples are available for purchase, allowing you to evaluate the color, texture, and natural character of each material in your own space.

Yes. Upon request, we can provide pictures or videos of the selected stone before production begins, allowing you to review its unique color, veining, and natural character. Once your piece has been completed, we will also send detailed photos of the finished product for your approval before it is carefully packed and shipped. This final review ensures you know exactly what to expect before your order leaves our atelier.
