Your piece is uniquely crafted with a lead time of 10–14 weeks. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we provide visuals of your finished piece for your final approval before your special order leaves from our atelier.

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery is provided as a curbside service.
Signature Required: For security, a signature is required upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Standard Orders: Standard items may be returned. However, due to the fragile nature of natural stone, we kindly ask you to be returned in their original, protective packaging and in the exact condition they were received to be eligible for a refund.

Care & Maintenance

Our baths are crafted from natural stone. While naturally durable, this material requires proper maintenance to maintain its finish. Clean regularly with a soft cloth and a mild pH-neutral cleanser, strictly avoiding bleach, vinegar, or any acidic cleaners that can damage the surface.

For long-term protection, surfaces should be sealed upon installation and resealed periodically depending on usage.
